Intellectual property

All content published on the Site — text, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, logos, icons, trademarks, videos, animations, databases, interfaces, source code, stylesheets, audio and visual elements, as well as their layout and arrangement — is the exclusive property of PULSAR Space Intelligence SAS, or of partners who have granted a licence, unless otherwise expressly stated.

These elements are protected under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code (in particular articles L.111-1, L.112-1 et seq., L.122-4) and under international law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation, extraction, reuse or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the prior written authorisation of PULSAR Space Intelligence, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement sanctioned under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The trademarks PULSAR, PULSAR Space Intelligence and the associated logo are protected marks; their unauthorised use is prohibited.

Hyperlinks

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. PULSAR Space Intelligence has no control over these sites and cannot be held responsible for their content, availability or data-protection practices.

Creating a hyperlink to the Site is permitted, provided that:

• framing or deep-linking techniques that hide the origin of the link are not used;
• the source is clearly mentioned and the link points to the homepage or the relevant page;
• the link is not used for commercial, advertising or any purpose that could damage the image of PULSAR Space Intelligence.

Space-weather data shown on the homepage: feeds aggregated by the PULSAR platform (api.pulsar-si.com), fed in part by open data from NOAA / SWPC (Space Weather Prediction Center), NASA and ESA, used in accordance with their open-data licences.

It does not constitute an operational forecasting service or a certified decision-support tool. For any professional or mission-critical use, please refer to our platform at app.pulsar-si.com.

PULSAR Space Intelligence cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the Site, including unavailability, data loss, damage, destruction or viruses that may affect the user’s equipment.

Governing law and jurisdiction
